Since opening our doors in January 2022, we’ve been honored to serve as Hardin County’s first halotherapy (salt therapy) center, introducing our community to transformative, evidence-based wellness options that nurture the body, calm the mind, and lift the spirit.

Our Story
The idea for Life Force Wellness Center was born out of a deep desire to bring truly restorative, drug-free wellness to the people of Elizabethtown. After personally witnessing the limitations of conventional healthcare, Founder Amber Damos—a U.S. Army Veteran, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Holistic Health Practitioner, Life Coach, and Wellness Strategist—set out to create a space where anyone could access proven, non-medical technologies designed to help the body heal itself.
